Apparently it is my choice this week which means a little visit back in time, this week we are re-visiting the 80's

INXS ~ I need you tonight (I think this is Eighties and if not tough, it my choice)
Mel and Kim ~ Respectable (sorry this was the choice that won the office vote :o )
Boy George ~ Karma Chameleon

and the eighties wouldn't be complete with out

Jesus, I'm going to have a breakdown by the time I've double-clicked these for download.

IceBus felt he should have a break from MLG since other people are contributing much more, which I don't necessarily agree with, but nevertheless, it's MP's turn now. :) (you've got me with Frankie, but the rest... :| )

I've heard them loads of times, I used to go to an 80's club dontcha know. Used to dance until 3am to all these great tunes and they changed it to some weird scummy chart dance bollocks :(

There should be a Braveheart mod with Scot's arses everywhere and the only voice command being "YE CANNAE TAKE MA FREEDOM!". I think that would be a winner.

I get the impression that if INXS were produced properly and had a decent sound engineer behind them, they could be pretty good. But as it stands I simply find it too difficult to listen to badly produced music and so even though the song isn't bad (most INXS stuff isn't) there's just something wrong here...

Splendid! Frankie r0x uR nuts. A brilliant bands with a great new lease of life recently from the remix circuit: Two Tribes is their best song but the others are pretty funky too. Thumbs up from me MP.

Relax Frankie Goes to Hollywood

I agree with Kajun on this one, Frankie Goes To Hollywood rule! Great song. For an interesting reinterpretation of parts of it you should check out Bloodhound Gang singing Mope - a song that manages to sample Metallica, Fraki Goes to Hollywood and Rock Me Amadeus be Falco. 8) :bg:
