I just chose the TG track at random - saw a sign in Avalanche for the limited edition box set the other day: £150!

Sorry Kaj, not had a chance to get all of these - still need to track down the Throbbing Gristle track. I shall post my opinions on the other three later though.

First off, I apologise for not posting this sooner but I use the excuse that I was abroad - don't know what everyone else's excuse is though. ;)

What A Day Throbbing Gristle

I remember years back Kajun bought a Throbbing Gristle album, we listened, we laughed, we went back to the shop and he got a refund. Maybe I've matured (or grown immature) in my musical tastes or the album that Kajun had was particularly bad but I actually really like this track. It's music, but not as we know it. 8)

66 Afghan Whigs

Afghan Whigs are a great band. Enough said. 8)

Screen Brad

Brad, side-project to Stone Gossard of Pearl Jam, took a little while to grow on me, but Screen was the first track that they wrote that I really loved. Now I love their first two albums but haven't had a chance to get a hold of their newly released third album. Check them out.

Immigrant Nitin Sawhney

Kajun introduced me to Nitin Sawhney a little while back suggesting a couple of tracks to listen to. This is one of the tracks that I had heard before and it's a beautiful track. It's relaxing but that doesn't prevent it from being powerful, the vocals soaring throughout the track. Big thumbs up from Hano.

Well after much hassling from Mini Hilter No2, I have finally listened to them again.

What happened last time was Mini Hitler No 2 trasfered them over to me and I listened to that Throbbing Crap and decided that if they were anything like that then I wasn't gonna bother.

Anyway the other 3 were rather good 8)

Here Kajun, I think MoneyPenny is implying that you're Mini Hitler No1...

...you going to stand for that? :dg:

Even worse, I think she's implying that you're a small German cottage community! :-?
