[Referendum] Add Spell Checker Modification

This referendum has been proposed and supported by four other members as declared here. Voting will now take place.

Vote begins: Thursday 19th September 2002
Vote ends: Monday 23rd September 2002

The option voted for is:

Add Spell Checker Modification

This referendum is now closed and will not be returned to until a period of three months have elapsed, according to the rules of referenda. I will get onto installing this modification as soon as possible.

This has now been added and seems to be working correctly. You can only access the SpellCheck from the normal reply screen currently - I may add it to QuickReply if an interest is voiced.

Still looking into this. Adding it to QR will be a little more work than I expected but I'll see what can be done..
