Close enough not to break any electronics, I assume? My PDA and a battery charger are the two main concerns.

The appliances should say what they can deal with on the plugs or transformers. Should be fine though.

I would've thought electronics will be fine. It's high drain things like hairdryers which are affected (and usually only by a performance hit/hype)
